Use Google Maps to send places to your iOS device

Once you install Google Maps 4.7.0 (or above) from the App Store, slide out the menu from the left side of the screen and tap on Settings.
Select the new Notifications option, and then slide the Send from desktop maps switch to the On position. Approve the iOS notification prompt when presented.

Now the next time you are looking at a place on your computer via the Google Maps website, you'll see a new option titled Send to Device (pictured above) just below the address of the place. Clicking on it will reveal a list of all devices you currently have the feature enabled on. Clicking on the device name results in a Google Maps notification being sent to your iOS device, and when opened it takes you directly to the place.
Pretty neat, eh? Sure beats searching for a place on your computer and then having to sort through your maps history to find it on your iOS device.
